The status of infrastructure to affordable housing will allow additional private players to participate, adding to competition. This will provide better options for buyers allowing them to buy their first homes. Buyers will also benefit from the home loan, as they will have access to cheaper home loan. And we have seen that banks have reduced home loan rate early this year following the govt.'s demonetisation drive.
