Real estate in Nagpur is on a growth. However, one region that stands out is Mihan. Many IT and manufacturing companies are being set up in and around Mihan area. This will be one main area which is predicted to appreciate in the upcoming years. Hence, making it ideal locality to invest in a residential property.

MIHAN is a good area for investment purposes, primarily because of the present and upcoming developments here. You can check Bloomdale in this area, it is a Mahindra project. They are offering 1, 2 & 3 BHK options and have excellent amenities at affordable prices. You should visit them!

It is a happy moment for Nagpur and Nagpur Metro Rail that the China Railway Rolling Stock Corporation (CRRC), a Chinese government company, will set up its manufacturing unit in the Multi-modal International Cargo Hub and Airport at Nagpur (MIHAN) and produce rolling stock for Nagpur Metro Rail. CRRC will make investment to the tune of Rs 1500 crore to set up the manufacturing unit in MIHAN, which will generate employment opportunities for 5000 people

If you are looking for investment in MIhan, Nagpur. It will be a good decision as there are lot's of offers by Finance Minister in budget 2017-18. Even, multiple times rate cut by RBI since 2016, reduction of home loan rate and approval of RERA will boost the property market all across the country. So, as per my view, this is the right to to invest in property in Nagpur. The MIHAN project is still underway which once completed would form the epicentre for commercial development in India. It is centrally located and easily accessible to all the metropolitan cities of India.

Right Bikram.....This project is dived into 2 parts. The airport will serve as a cargo hub. Secondly, there will be a Special Economic Zone(SEZ) which will also have a residential zone spread across a wide area of land. The industrial activity happening in and around Nagpur has benefited it greatly. There are many government-owned mining companies with headquarters here. On the west of Nagpur there are over nine hundred industrial units.
