Yes, and file a suit in the consumer redressal forum and ask for the compensation along with interest from the date of possession date. There are lot's cases against this builder for fraud. Your case will be more stronger if you filing in group because they are giving preferences to Group case filing.

Hi Rahul,
Even, i have booked a 3 BHK flat in Amrapali Crystal Homes, 2 years back and till now construction has not started. They have no funds for construction and they making people fool. Stay away from this builder and don't don't invest any of their projects. All their projects are delayed by 3-5 yrs.
Nobody picks up your call when you go to their office. No one is there to meet you. Once you have booked your flat, you are trapped.
