Yes, i am agree with you Krishnendu. Wagholi's proximity to Pune Airport, accessibility to eastern IT hubs of Magarpatta and Kharadi as well as the Shikrapur-Chakan industrial belt have been a plus point for Wagholi driving rental demand and consistent rental yield.

Located on the eastern periphery of Pune, Wagholi has developed into one of the city’s important suburb. It is located along Nagar Road. It provides very good access to the existing and upcoming and commercial establishments in Kharadi, Hadapsar and Bund Garden. Demand for homes in Wagholi is primarily driven by professionals from the city’s IT and industrial professionals.

As far as Wagholi's connectivity is concerned, it enjoys excellent connectivity to Pune International Airport which is located at a driving distance of 11 km via Lohegaon Road. Hadapsar, Ghorpadi, Pune Junction, Shivajinagar and Khadki are the nearby railway station. However, Hadapsar is the nearest railway station to Wagholi which is located at a distance of 10.3 km. Nagar Road which intersect Wagholi. This locality is surrounded by Lohegaon Road and Wadegaon Road on the either side.

I definitely agree with you on this Thomas. Wagholi is an amazing location and it definitely helps that it is well-connected to all the prime locations of Pune such as Viman Nagar, Kalyani Nagar, Koregaon Park and Camp. Moreover, the outer ring road that was built recently connects it directly to Mundhwa, Hadapsar, Magarpatta and Kondhwa. In terms of availability of daily needs, it scores well there too. So basically if you own a home in Wagholi, you won't need to go far to take care of your daily needs or even weekend recreational activities. Phoenix Mall is great for shopping and dining and you can also cross the road and head over to PVR Cinemas in Inorbit Mall for a movie. There are so many residential and commercial spaces springing up there such as Ravinanda Towers especially which comprises of both homes and commercial spaces.
