Tenant as shop owners

Q: HI, I have bought a property where there are few shops. The rent bill for the shop is in the name of eithet the present tenats father or father - law or grandfather and all have been decesed. But the ld landlord has been cutting the rent bill in the names of the deceased.
Now since i have bought the property what are me legal options.

i have already sent them 3 notice for appearing with documents. All have just come and had verbal talk but have presented no documents.

Hi,
I think your landlord is saving tax showing the shops in the deceased persons name. If the property is in his name then he has to pay commercial taxes which currently he is not paying.
