No planning sanctioned from PMRDA they just sold the land on only architect lumpsump plan without any permission.Please look before u buy kindly check all the documents

the work is very slow its been now 4 years that i have bough the plot from them and still they have not given me the possession

they says that as per the govt rule it can built only MAX 3 inches wall which is very thin with the cemented ready made sheets.
I do not understated what are they trying to do

As far as builder is concerned, Infra Landworld is a new builder is Pune and Ambar lake view is their fisrt project in Pune. So, there is no much information about this developer. But before investment, ask for the sale deed and complete approved plan, check whether the land is agricultural or residential and then proceed. If it is a agricultural land then ask for the conversion certificate. Thanks
