I was planning to buy a flat there but found a better option. You should check Mahindra Windchimes. It is a beautiful property, the design and construction is really nice and it has 80 percent open green spaces. They are offering luxurious apartments and have really good amenities. They even offered payment scheme like wherein you pay 20 percent on booking and 80 percent on possession.Their formalities were smooth too from enquiry till the booking, I did not face any issues. And with the reputation they hold, you can expect a good experience.

There are many good projects coming up in Bannerghatta Road such as Mahaveer Zephyr, Nandi Citadel, Sipani Wattle Grove, Nitesh Hyde Park and Hiranandani Queensgate. All the projects mentioned above are from well-known developers.
