i Sent emails to a couple of people at the builder office (Aditya Builder for cloud 9 vaishali) but never received any response. Can you guys please share a contact email and phone number where I can reach the builder to get the information on possession.

Can you please add me to the whats app group (001 647 680 7091). I booked my unit at cloud 9 Vaishali in Tower F (habitat Tower) in Jan 2012 but no updates on the Possession till now. Please share information if you have any.

Is there any 2BHK flat is available for sale in Cloud 9? What will be the cost all including and its rate per square foot? Is this project approved by RERA?

Cloud 9 by AADI BEST CONSORTIUM, Vaishali, Ghaziabad are offering possession by December 2017.

No it can't be possible in any case, I hope the possession of Cloud 9, Vaishali by December 2019.
Because last year they offered possession by December 2016.
