Aqualily is located in Mahindra World City, Chengalpattu and Chengalpattu is home for various companies such as Wipro, Infosys, Pepsi, Ford, BMW, TVS, dell, Foxconn, Siemens, Samsung, etc. It is also, well-connected with almost all the major destinations in and around chennai. The real estate sector in Chengalpattu is expected to grow multifold and this is the best time to invest in Chengalpattu, Aqualily in particular. It has 1 BHK, 3 BHK, 3.5 BHK apartments and 4BHK duplexes to offer. Also, they are offering free interiors up to 9 lakhs on select apartments. One should really check this out before making the final decision.

Hi, I think that Mahindra World City (MWC) is a very fast growing township in the proximity of Chennai and Mahindra Lifespaces Aqualily is one of the best residences to live in. They have 1 BHK to villas, available for people with all kinds of budget requirements and since MWC is a township in itself, buying a property is not only good to reside but also is a sound investment.

Aqualily is nestled on the banks of Kolavai Lake and spread across 55 acres of land. The project is having 151 Californian Villas and 610 lifestyle apartments. Aqualily is pre-certified Gold by the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC). It looks like a good investment.
