I was also in your shoes, considering these guys and after doing a lot of research and meeting builders, I went another way and chose Mahindra instead. Check out their Windchimes project, they are doing some good work.

RS Lakeview is ready to occupy project. It will be better if you can visit the project to get a fair knowledge about the project and other legalities.
