As per my experience VGN Developers have always kept up to the expectation of the customers without compromising on quality of the construction and commitments. They are very cooperative, transparent and have always responded with professionalism & promptness as and when any query was raised.

It is ready to occupy project and the project has got all the necessary approvals from banks and legal body. The price they are quoting for apartments here ranges from Rs 57.33 lakhs to Rs 2.39 lakhs which I found it is a bit on the higher side but still the project has good connectivity to the airport, metro stations etc which is an advantage.

Have seen heaps of venture of a various developer, however, nobody can beat the VGN quality.They have successfully completed more than 30 projects and their area of operation is overall Chennai.Totally it's Value for your money.
