Q: What is status of vihaan good bay project ?
Can we withdraw our investment from vihaan without any legal action? Any one got money from vihaan group for any projects.
Hi Ashish, As Vihan Golf Way is an under construction project, and as per RERA Act, every ongoing project will have to register with RERA otherwise, builder has to pay huge penalty after 31st August and at the same time compensation to the buyers for delay possession. So, you do not need to worry now. Just write a mail to UP RERA regarding project and developer for delay possession.
Hi Ashish, Vihaan Golf Way by Vihaa Group is an under construction project. It is offering 1, 2 and 3 BHK residential flats. Sizes are available from 425 - 554 sq.ft in 1BHK, 2BHK from 815 - 990 sq.ft and 3BHK from 1196 - 1624 sq.ft. Its current rate per square foot is Rs.2500. As per developer, its possession date is January 2019.
Hi Ashish, What is the possession date mentioned in your agreement? If the builder has missed the deadline, you can file a case with UP RERA. Aware them about your project status and possession date. If said possession date is December 17 or January 18, then you have to wait for few months so that your case will be more stronger. There is no need of booking cancellation or asking for the refund. Builders are already in great difficulties after implementation of RERA. So just wait and watch for this month at least.
