Hello sir, LRS means Layout Regularisation Scheme. It is required when any construction is in a Municipal area and is unauthorised, so it can be regulated under this scheme but it must be confirmed by the concerned local body. Any property which is in a municipal area will require municipal permissions and any area outside the municipal limits will require Panchayat authorities approvals.
Hello Narasimham, It mans the plot has registered before 31.08.2015, in the name of the person who applied. The date is not yet declared. He has to wait for the local body release of go. All illegal buildings and layouts that came up before that date will be allowed for regularisation, recommended the cabinet sub-committee constituted by the Telangana Govt to suggest measures for the forthcoming LRS.
