Want to purchase 6 guntha land in Uran. Confused whether I should buy in Vindhane or Belondakhar.

Q: I heard that Belondakhar is acquired by CIDCO and CIDCO will give the 12.50 % plot. My question is if we purchase land in Belondakhar now then CIDCO will give us 12.5% plot%.
What option is better Vindhane or Belondakhar?
Please help me.

Hi,
I would not advice you to go with transaction. It seems to be a little fishy and requires examination of all documents. Thus, better consult in person a nearby property lawyer with all documents.

Hi,
The Govt. announced the 12.5% Scheme and extended it to all PAPs. In this scheme, the PAP is given back developed land which is 12.5% of the land acquired from him. Out of the 12.5% entitlement, 30% is reserved for social and public utilities. Thus net allotment would be 8.75% of the land. The plot allotted to the individual has 1.5 FSI and 15% commercial component permissible on the plot.

Basically the ratio of this acquisition was 12.5%,which means that if the villager owned 100 sq meters of farmland,he was allotted 12 meters of land,on which he was free to do construction activity or sell it for a profit.
