These links are plain bullshit by hmda. They dont update site deliberately to allow the fraudsellers to sell plots using fake lp numbers stating that hmda site is never up to date. They get their cut in the process. Its nice to be rewarded for not doing the work you are paid for.

Though these are correct links, but they are not updated with latest data. Best way is to reach out to local HMDA office to check if the specific layout is really approved before investing.

But remember, when you visit, ask for the following set of documents such as survey no, village/area, name of the applicant or firm on HMDA application. Sometimes, it has been seen that multiple survey no in same layout may have different status.
