There are many good on going projects in Boisar. I too am looking for a flat there for investment purposes and I visited Tata New Haven 2 and Mahindra Lifespaces Happinest. I liked both of them but I decided to go with Happinest since it provides a better ROI and gives a good value for money.

Apart from that, the first ever Mumbai-Ahmedabad High Speed Bullet Train was launched in September 2017. The 508-km long network will cover 12 stations, Boisar will one such station. Panvel is a good option as it is developing at a fast pace, however if you have limited budget then Boisar is also good. This depends on currently where you stay, in ref to handling of property.
