Q:Hi - Does anyone know the expetected possession date for Akshar Green World, Airoli? The Builder has already taken 88% of the due amount, and has recently sent the letter for another 4% against club house completion (even though the clubhouse is still under construction).

Q:The work is stopped from very long time. What is the reason? Is there some thing illegal with the building? It's almost 1 year since work stopped and people are waiting for it to be done. Some says building is haunted as well. Six people died here due to such reasons. Please clarify the issues.
