Its better to file joint before complaint along with complaint before RERA. Let me know if anyone is interested in joining.

I am agree with Mr. Vinay. As per RERA guidelines every builder has to register their ongoing or under construction projects registered with RERA. And once it will be come under RERA then they will be responsible for delay cause and have to pay compensation with penalty.

Yes, this project is stalled and no updates on it. Is there anyone who can update us on this project?

I have seen in most of the property portal they have mentioned its possession date July-August 2017. But seeing the current status, it will take another 2-3 years to complete.
But you don't need to worry now, as this project is under construction so it is coming under RERA guidelines.
