Hi Folks,
Do not waste your time with Mantri. If you are so interested in Kanakapura Road, look for complete or ready-to-move-in apartments on Metro line at the beginning of Kanakapura road- Yelachenahalli and surrounding areas.. You will get them at Rs 4000 per sqft or thereabouts.

Be careful about the developers and its project. There are many bad reviews against the builder and his staff. Do your all due diligence before investing or buying anywhere in India. Buy only those project which has KARERA approval. It is advisable to buy only under-construction project which is registered under RERA.

Kanakpura Road is one of the preferred localities for many investors and developers. There are several factors that have led to the growth of this region. Excellent connectivity and upcoming Namma Metro has influenced the growth of residential destinations along the belt of Kanakpura Road. The establishment of the NICE Corridor has enhanced the connectivity of areas like JP Nagar, Bannerghatta Road, Banashankari, Jayanagar and other localities of South- Banglore with Mysore Road and the IT hub of the city- Electronics City. All the daily basic facilities are nearby to this locality.

As far as project possession is concerned, February 2018.

Mantri Serenity is a luxury residential project by Mantri Developers, located at Kanakapura Main Road. The project is spread across 19.65 acres of land and is proposed to have 6 blocks out of which only 3 blocks were already launched. Mantri serenity Phase 1 was launched in Sep-2010 whereas Ph-2 was launched in Sep-2012. Mantri Serenity Ph-2 will offer 1100 luxury apartments with a choice of 2 BHK, 3 BHK, and Penthouse units. Sizes of the flats are available from 1015 - 1260 sq.ft in 2BHK and from 1260 - 1710 sq.ft in 3 BHK. Its current asking rate is Rs.5990 per sq-ft.
