If you are looking for flat for investment purpose, in my opinion, Mahindra Lifespaces Happinest Boisar is one of the better places to invest in, right now. Looking at the pace of the growth in Boisar, it is likely to have a better outcomes. Also, it provides 1RK, 1BHK in a considerably reasonable prices.

Boisar hosts Maharashtras largest MIDC which houses more than 1500 industrial units. In addition to that, the proposed Delhi Mumbai industrial corridor goes through this locale. The bullet train proposed by the Government of India halts at Boisar. The real estate prices are bound to appreciate in the near future. In my opinion it is a great invest option. One property, in particular, that has grabbed my attention is Happinest Boisar by Mahindra Lifespaces. They are providing 1 RK and 1 BHK options starting from apprx. 12 lakh Rupees. Happinest Boisar provides various amenities such as an amphitheater, cricket pitch, badminton court etc.

The New Palghar Township, developed by CIDCO and spread over 440 acres of land will enhance the property market of the area considerably. It is gaining immense popularity among investors in real estate market. Mahindra Lifespaces has a property called Happinest Boisar which is certainly one of the top properties in the real estate market. Suggest you to take a look at the same.

Boisar is an upcoming location and many reputed builders are now starting their projects there. It is good as an investment avenue too since it is nearby to Mumbai. Also, the property rates are quite low now hence it is a good decision to invest now itself. If you are looking for a good property to buy then I would recommend you to take a look at Happinest Boisar by Mahindra Lifespaces near Eklavya High school, Kambalgaon, Betegaon Off Road, Boisar East. They have 1 & 2 BHK apartments at affordable rates.
