I am planning to buy a raw plot (1 gunta) in chirle, property sale buy infatech, this area is still not under cidco.

Q: Is it good to buy a plot there, if yes than what are the documents I ask from the saler? asap.

Hi Sudhir,
I have purchased 1 Ghunta plot from them at Rs.475000 out of which I paid Rs.285000 and paid stamp duty 30000 in cash last year and now only my sale deed is pending due to some problem from my end. Rest is ok. Ask for all the above mentioned documents and verify it by a legal expert and then go for it.
