GST (Goods and Service Tax) in India is an Indirect tax in India. As per the GST laws it is necessary to apply for GST registration when a business falls under certain criteria. GST registration can be done easily by the help of Legal Docs experts.

Hello Prabhat,
In real estate, since land is an immovable asset, the industry has been given a 33 percent abatement on the 18 per cent GST. Therefore, the effective charge on the sector is now 12 percent as against the listed 18 percent. There is no GST levied on completed projects which are again considered immovable assets.
