Hello Gopi,
There are many projects off Than Nandi Durga Rd as the area has many schools and is very close to IT Park. One particular project from apranjeestates interested me a lot due to its unique nature of having villas. Upscale which has nearly constructed row villas are unique investment ventures in this area. I have booked a home in upscale and the handover is in this year end!

You can look at the Magadi Road. One of the main factors that work for Magadi Road in the western part of Bangalore is that it is easily accessible from the center of the city. As most of the development in Bangalore is focused towards the east and south of the city, the western corridor is still relatively green and serene. Also, good connectivity through Nice Road, Outer Ring Road and the Purple Line of Namma Metro give Magadi Road easy accessibility to other parts of the city.

Investing in Nandi Hills will fetch you good returns as the locality is close to new International Airport and the government has also announced the set-up of a 10000 acres ITIR Park. The locality is good for long-term investment.

I think Bannerghatta Main Road has the highest percentage of consumer demand for home purchase, followed by Begur Road which provides good connectivity to Electronic City. People working in this area prefer to stay here as it is very close and also has an alternate link road to Electronic City. The road also has better water facility as compared to other corridors. Most parts of the road are serviced by BWSSB (Bangalore Water and Sewerage Supply Board).
