I want to buy 2 bhk please suggets hows chikhali and wakad for buying property?

Q: I want to buy 2 bhk for residential purpose . i finalize two projects 1.aishwaryam courtyard chikhali 2.twin tower shardha spaces wakad near bhumkar chowk . i am confuse between these two which one should i buy in term of locality, resell value ,connectivity ,area .IN chikhali i am getting 2 bhk in 44 lakhs and same price i got 1 bhk in wakad . actually i am unable to decide where should i invest my money which will fruitful to me please suggest me also need review on both builder.

Due to the appearance of various IT majors and other multi-national corporations, Chikhali witnessing a rapid influx of working population from outside.
