HI Neel,
I would like to suggest you take the advice of a legal expert in this matter. I am sure, he will guide you in a proper manner. Do you have any proof that can be present as evidence that the said flat belongs to you? Did you get any receipt for the payment you have made already? Collect all the paper and consult a good lawyer. Thanks
Adnan

Yes, you can also file a case in consumer forum. And if it possible for you, then visit your state RERA office and make a complaint against the builder for fraud.

Yes, the project was launched in June 2013 and still did not give possession. Those who have invested their hard earned money, are in great trouble due to rent and EMI payment every month and builder is not paying the pre-EMI on time. At the time of launch, the price was Rs.2600 per sqft but still after 4 years, it is 3000 per sqft.

Hello Mahajit,
It is my advice to all apartment seekers, first of all, go the project site of Palm Grooves, Chandapura, Anekal Road and ask for all the legal approvals and take the copies of the approval from the BMRDA etc and check whether the construction is going on and take a set of land papers and take the advice of an advocate and if all these are through then you can go ahead and book a flat at Palm Grooves or whichever, talk to them about the delay in the completion beforehand. If the project is under-construction phase, ask for the RERA Registration number.

Yes, there are lots of negative feedback against this developer and its projects. After reading various negative comments in various forum sites, I had changed my mind and went for another option in the same locality and affordable rate. They are totally unethical in their interactions and it is disappointing to a transaction with them. There is complete lack of management between various departments and they do not mind about the clients.
