There is certainly an issue and as usual BREN is not transparent and is not very approachable

All lies . Bren paddington has not received OC even after more than 2 years of occupancy by the residents. Most residents have registered their flats but they have not received OC and every time since 2 years they have been coming up with one excuse or the other

Yes, property got OC and many owners have already been shifted to their flats. The project has been approved by BBMP and the builder is also providing A Khata for this project.
