Hello Syed,
I would suggest you stay away from such project as this project has no RERA Approval, even builder has not mentioned that which local body and banks are funding this project. Even I searched in many property portals, but I did not find any approval-related information on it.

Yes, even I am looking for a 2 BHK flat in it and try to find out the legal approval but no information found. Better, verify all the legal approval by a legal expert and then go for it. I got some approval paper from the builder office and handover to my lawyer. If my lawyer will provide you any information, I will share with u all. Thanks
