Piramal Vaikunth by Piramal Realty, located at Balkum, Thane. It is an under-construction project offering 2 and 3 BHK residential flats. Sizes are available from 1280 - 1528 sqft (Super-built-up area) in 2 BHK and 1717 - 2045 sqft in 3 BHK. Its current asking rate is Rs,8280 per sqft.

Yes, it is a RERA approved project and its MAHARERA Registration Number is MahaRERA - P51700005256. As far as local body approval is concerned, Thane Municipal Corporation has approved it and banks such as HDFC, Indiabulls, PNB Housing, Axis, SBI etc are funding this project. As per RERA approval site, revised possession date will be December 2022.
