Runwal Eirene New Towers - Apr 2021 possession

Q: HI Guys,

I am planning to buy Runwal Eirene (Balkum Naka)1 BHK - possession April - 2021. All inclusive near about 75 - 80L.

And Payment will be partially disbursed by bank in 4 years so I will have feasible installments to pay.

Could you please suggest me something related to it, or any other better option in this area?

How about the Quality of construction and commitments of the builder?

Hi Aparna,
I would like to suggest you to Google about the Runwal Group and their past project because there are many negative reviews about the developer and its completed project. They are using cheap quality construction materials and finishing is not good. So just visit the site and see the construction quality and then move forward.

As Runwal Eirene phase 2, Balkum, Thane is an ongoing project, so do all your due diligence before booking your flat. Ask for all the legal approvals and verify it with property lawyer and then go for it. Runwal is a reputed builder in MMR.

Hello Aparna,
I am trying to get a copy of legal approvals. I am sending them emails until now. They are simply saying you need to come to our office and review the document, as per our company policy we do not email the documents.
And secondly, do not go for subvention scheme. It looks tricky. It is better to get other things clear. There is no negotiation or discount.
