Yes, and I would also suggest you do your all due diligence before investing such project, There are lots of negative reviews about the project and its builder. Better, visit the project site first and ask for the owners of the society who are already living there.

I had been to the G-Corp ICoN site.The whole area was stinking very badly, found two HUGE drains just outside the site (one of them is like a river).Checked with the builder whether any chance of covering the drains. No Positive reply. I have almost short-listed this project. But now highly confused.
