Yes, Kumari Woods and Winds is a BBMP approved project and commencement, completion, and occupancy certificate are in place. They are also providing A-Khata to its owners.

As far as bank approval is concerned, all leading banks and financial institutions have approved it for the housing loan.

Kumari Woods and Winds by Kumari Builders and Developers, located at Chansandra, Bangalore. This project is spread over 2 acres of land consists 120 units in one single building. It is offering 2 and 3 BHK residential apartments. Variants are available from 1070 - 1240 sqft (Built-up area) in 2BHK and 1350 - 1640 sqft in 3BHK. Its current asking rate is Rs.3800 per sqft. Possession of this project has started but still few flats are available in new as well as in resale option.
