I am planning to buy residential open HUDA plots near chandanagar serilingampally VS sudarshan nagar serilingampally , please advice which location is good in terms of price , development etc. appreciate your advice , Thanks

we are trying to buy plot in huda colony phase 2 just back of PJR stadium , beside to rama residency , and opposite to anjanadri residency , please let me know if you know this location

I heard there will not be any litigations with HUDA plot , It is true ?? If not what are main areas to verify for Huda plot ?

plot area is 166 sq yards , i have doubt that even HUDA plots contains odd number area like 166 etc ??? Huda area generally would be 250 , appreciate your advice

Chanda Nagar is a suburb, located in the north-western parts of Hyderabad. The locality is very close to Lingampally and Miyapur. Hi,
I will advise you go with Chanda Nagar as it has HUDA approved plot but I am not sure about the Sudarshan Nagar, as plots in this locality have lots of litigation cases. I, therefore, request you to go for Chanda Nagar. It is one of the best locality and near close proximity to Gachibowli and Hi-Tech City. But before going for the deal, check out all the required legal approvals and then go for it. If possible take the advice of a legal expert in this matter. Thanks
