Q: Hi , I am looking for residential plot near chirec public school sriram nagar colony ,i heard the plots near chirec public have lot of litigation's,Is it advisable to buy near this location, what will be the current market price near this location
Yes, try to check out plots behind Chirec School i.e Madhava Hills, Prabhupada, HAL Layouts. You can get some good plots in these layouts. But double check!!!! In these layouts also some survey Nos are in litigation. Do your own due diligence before investing anywhere in India. Better, take the advice of a legal expert in this matter, he will guide you in a proper way. Thanks
The highest property rate is Rs.6000 per sqft., Average Rs.5050 and the lowest rate is Rs.4100 per sqft. Price of a property depends on the locality and the amenities provided by the builder. Roadside property cost you more while peripheral area cost less.
Hi siddardh , the property is near sriram Nagar colony Block B , owner name is prasad reddy , He is saying LRS is cleared and got Building permission for 4 floors for 300 sq yards , i would like to know can i go farward ? rate is around 65k , please provide tips for verifying documents , Thanks
Hi Venkat, Stay away from such properties. They were panchayat approved plots, not HUDA. The lands on either side of this layout belong to Govt - APIIC etc (Botanical Garden & Industrial Layout where Deccan Chronicle press is located).
Thanks for the advice verma. Actually I am planning to go with Bank Loan instead of spending from my pocket. what are the main steps for verifying the plot , please advice.
Check with the local authority. You can ask for the last sale deed, and the tax receipt paid by the current owner, ask the authority, the land which you are buying is free from litigation or any litigation pending, nature of litigation, then move forward.
