Why one should invest in Handewadi, Pune?

The Hadapsar-Handewadi stretch has opened the doors to many suburban localities in south-eastern parts of Pune. Apart from Hadapsar, the other nearby areas which stand a chance to profit from the Handewadi Road are Sasane Nagar, Samarth Nagar, Wanowrie, Undri, Sayad Nagar, to name a few. The area has good internal roads and enjoys connectivity with other parts of the city via the PMPML ( Mahanagar Parivahan Mahamandal Limited) buses. NH65 passes through the center of the locality. Thus, making the commute hassle-free. Pune Junction railway station is located at a distance of 13.8 km via NIBM Road while Pune International Airport is at a distance of 19 km via Mundhwa Road and Pune Highway.
