In simple words, the answer is yes. You can send a legal notice to them under the act of non-registration. If you require any kind of legal assistance to make a legal notice, you can log on to edrafter.in

Yes you can file a complaint against the builder with the MahaRERA Authority for your grievance.Any person who has some interest in the project can file a complaint in MahaRERA against the builder for any violation of RERA Act or MahaRERA Rules. Complaint in MahaRERA can be directly filed with the Authority or can be filed online as per the RERA complaint format. It is recommended to consult a good RERA lawyer in India to draft and file your RERA complaint. If the complaint is not properly, the RERA Authority may end up rejecting the application.

Yes, a complaint against the builder or promoter of a property can be filed in the MAHARERA. For filing the complaint in MahaRERA it is required that the property is situated in Maharashtra and that the builder or promoter is registered in the RERA. One can approach the MAHARERA for the delay in property possession or for any other faulty service of the promoter or builder.
