The locality is close to both industrial area and IT hub. It is well-connected to the important localities such as Camp, Wanowrie, NIBM, and Hadapsar. Other prominent localities, situated close to it are Pisoli, Vadgaon Budruk, Narhe, Bibvewadi, Undri, Handewadi, Kondhwa, Wanowrie, Nanded etc. The strong road transport of Yewalewadi makes up for most of its traveling easy and quick. Pune is located at a distance of 12.9 km via Gangadham - Shatrunjay Road. Huge Residential projects development has been seen in the locality. Some of the ongoing projects in the locality are Mittal Sun Exotica, Ravinanda Sky Square, Maa Sankalp Sai Dwarika, Yashodhan Daffodils, Sai Krishna among others.
