No, they did not get RERA approval. They have got only application number i.e ACK/KA/RERA/1251/472/PR/180730/002507 applied on 30.07.2018.

Provident Neora by Provident Housing is a prelaunch project and strategically located off Thanisandra Main Road, near Jakkur, Bangalore. This project is span across 2.03 acres land consist 249 units of 2 BHK apartments ranging between 890 sq.ft to 920 sq.ft. and its per sq.ft rate is Rs.5055 per sq.ft A 2BHK flat in 890 sq.ft will cost you Rs.45 lakh onward. Stamp Duty and registration Charges extra. As per developer, its possession date is December 2021.
