Which are the best upcoming localities to buy flat in Pune?

Q: It will be my first ever investment and looking it for investment point of view around 5-7 years. Can i get some overview of that locality?

Baner Bypass Road, situated on the Western side of Pune. It is a highly developed locality of Pune and have seen tremendous growth in the realty sector. It is located off the Katraj-Dehu Bypass Road in Pune. This entire road is bordered by Pashan in the south, Balewadi to the west, Aundh to the north and Pune University to the east. This locality is mostly a residential and commercial centre of Pune and large sections are occupied by multiple IT companies. It is home to a number of popular restaurants, malls, recreational centres, cafes, and pubs. Buying properties in Baner Bypass Highway could be a good decision in the coming years.
