DHFL price crash is another issue. The stock has been in news ever since DSP offloaded Rs 200-300 crore worth of the companys short-term bonds at a discount, raising the alarm over tight liquidity in the market. Hello Karan, Do you have any strong proof for above mentioned locality that property prices will crash here. These all localities get momentum and property rate hike due to upcoming infra development. Property price of a locality depends on the location, connectivity, proposed and planned infra development etc.
