Apartment sizes vary from 1375 - 1906 sq.ft (built-up area) in 3 BHK and 2364 sq.ft (built-up area) in 4 BHK. Its current asking rate is Rs.3190 per sq.ft. A 2 BHK flat will cost you Rs.43.86L - 60.80L onward while for 4 BHK, it will be approx Rs.75.41L onward. It was suppose to complete by 2016 but it delivered its flat 2 years later. Still few flats are available on new as well as in resale.
