Ft., 1885 Sq. Ft., 1900 Sq. Ft., 1964 Sq. Ft., 1973 Sq. Ft., 1983 Sq. Ft. in 3 BHK and 3588 Sq. Ft.in 4 BHK. Its current asking rate is Rs.5690 per sq.ft. A 3 BHK villa will cost you Rs.1.08 crore onward, while for a 3.5 BHK villas, you have to pay Rs.1.04 crore onward. Similarly, for a 4 BHK villas, approx cost will be Rs.2.02 crore onward.
