Q: Planning to buy a house in Sevvapet. The house is around 10 years old and it is located near to the bus stop and close to the CTH road, 1 km from the Sevvapet Railway station. Will it be good in future for living? Since it is a 10 years old house ,please suggest me what is the price I can give for the house. The plot size is 2600sqft and house size is 800sqft. Rs.35 Lacs is very high for the property. You will get the similar property in 25L to 30L. Try to bargain with the owner.

Visit the District registrar officeand ask for the Circle Rate or Ready-Reckoner Rate of Sevapet. You will get the fair idea of the property and its valuation.
You can also get the property value information of your area from the local broker.
