Q: Planning to buy a house in Sevvapet. The house is around 10 years old and it is located near to the bus stop and close to the CTH road, 1 km from the Sevvapet Railway station. Will it be good in future for living? Since it is a 10 years old house ,please suggest me what is the price I can give for the house. The plot size is 2600sqft and house size is 800sqft. Latest Answer: Rs.35 Lacs is very high for the property. You will get the similar property in 25L to 30L. Try to bargain with the owner.
