There so many properties in Mumbai and Thane. But you have to check whether there property is on Rera.
Now Why Rera This process means a lot of coordination, time consuming, and is also prone to errors. Record keeping of filed documents is also one of the challenges. All the documents have to be saved for 5 years from the date of project delivery and possession certificates need to be provided to all the home-buyers.

Variants are available from 527 sq.ft (carpet area) in 1 BHK and 778 sq.ft (carpet area) in 2 BHK. A 1 BHK flat will cost you Rs 40.35 Lakh onward while for a 2 BHK flats, you will have to pay Rs.60.20 lakh onward. It is a RERA registered project and expected possession date will be Jan-2023.
