Ganga Florentina is located at a very prime location in Pune and it is very close to my work place also everything you desire is available within 15-20 minutes. The other good thing of this project is facilities and amenities. the builder have provided all the useful amenities and facilities for the residents. I would highly suggest this project to everyone who is looking for apartment flat in Pune especially in NIBM Annex because of its close proximity to prime locations & the world class amenities and facilities offered by the builder Goel Ganga Developments.

I have booked a flat last month in Ganga florentina after lot of research. This project is located in NIBM Annexe, Pune and is in ongoing stage. this project is offering 3 BHK Apartments in different sizes. After visiting around 4-5 projects in NIBM area, i found this project the best among all. The best thing which i liked about this project is project layout and construction quality. Also the builder Goel ganga developments is a name whom you can trust.

I visited yesterday Ganga Florentina project site and got shocked, that this project is in last phase of construction and soon it goona completed. Possession will be given as soon as possible so that you can live a luxurious life. This project consists of 180 units spread across 4 high-rise towers. You can easily buy 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments on an area of 1130 sqft to 1485 sqft. The project is also well connected by various modes of transportation.

Ganga Florentina by Goel Ganga Developments is a Pune Municipal Corporation approved project and financial institutions like HDFC, Axis, LIC Housing Fin, IDBI, ICICI, Indiabulls, DHFL etc are funding this project. As far as RERA registration number is concerned, P52100004357 is its RERA registration number.
