Yes, they have got the MahaRERA approval for VTP Pegasus, Kharadi, Pune and its registration number is P52100007401, P52100009535, P52100007384, P52100009524 P52100007722, P52100007942 P52100009533.

As far as project funding is concerned, VTP Pegasus is a Pimpri Chinchwad Municipal Corporation approved project and all the leading banks and financial institutions are funding this project.
