Having a quite good experience in real estate sector. Also Transcity Developers residential projects are good for investment. Plots & land are reasonable rates & all projects are RERA registered.

Many buyers who have booked their plot in Orchid Paradise are waiting for their refund. As per the buyers, builder has taken the booking amount and did not agree to register the property. Please stay away from any such builders.
