Mantra Park View by Mantra Properties is a PMC approved project and almost all the leading banks and financial institutions are offering loan for it. As far as MahaRERA registration number is concerned, P52100000562 is its RERA registration number.

Mantra Park View Ph-2 is a newly launched project by Mantra Properties situated at Dhayari, Pune. It offers 2, and 3 BHK residential apartments. Variants are available from 608 sq.ft. (carpet area) in 2 BHK and 801 sq.ft. (carpet area) in 3 BHK. This project is span across 1.48 acres of land and consists of 191 units. A 2 BHK flat will cost you Rs 59 lakh onward while for a 3 BHK flat, you have to pay Rs 79 lakh onward. Currently, this project is under-construction and ready-to-move-in by December 2023.
