As the name come Pune, everybody reminds of IT hub and educational hub. In the coming years, being tier 2 cities in India, availability of large space is driving growth to Pune. Industrialization has given rise to commercial properties and residential properties in Pune. Property prices in Pune are reasonable in comparison to Mumbai, Delhi, and Bangalore. Pune real estate market is flocked by both buyer and investor (ideal for leasing & renting). It offers housing options ranging from luxurious homes to affordable properties. Pune is one of the 10 smart cities listed in Maharashtra for the smart city mission initiated by the government.

Pune is connected to Mumbai by roadways, and almost every metro city in India through the air and these are two major reasons why the city is growing at an enormous pace. With over 800 colleges, Pune is known as the ‘Oxford of the East’ and is accommodating lakhs of students from across India.
