Q: Hello,

I am planning to buy some chunk of land in Kompally Panchasheel area, if anyone interested to invest in Kompally area can join me. Plan is to buy 200-250 square yards area in a group of 3-4 members and build a group house....

Hello James,
Present 1 Sq yard is around Rsl 50,000 in Kompally Panchasheel area. Investment and also for living it is very good area.It will be just 1-2 KMs from National Highway and also almost all branded shopping malls are available there. You will surely get 20-30 % of appreciation once after construction of group house for sure...

Can you tell me what is the current asking rate for a plot in Kompally Panchasheel Area? Is the location fair enough for investment point of view?
